He was a dentist and a pharmasist, and, according to my mother's notes, also an alcoholic and a drug addict.

His eldest son Goodwin LEEDER also became a dentist

Reg had slightly slanty eyes and there is a rumour that he or his father might have been adopted, and that there might be Chinese blood in the family.

His dad, Frederick William has been hard to trace but was possibly born in Norfolk, if not adopted. I found the following possible death certificate for Frederick:

Was Goodwin his second name? i.e., Reginald Goodwin. And there appears to have been a William as well:
